The campaign that included collecting donations from the Muslim community, holding an Ethnic dinner on March 1st and placing donation boxes around Sarnia with various supporting business was a great success. The Ethnic dinner was a sold out event with over 440 people attending. While the money is still trickling in we’re projecting that this campaign will surpass the $12000 mark. The overwhelming support from Sarnia-Lambton community is very much appreciated.
