“Sister Circle and Waiting Club” was selected from among a number of projects submitted by 7 local and regional charities to benefit from our Ethnic Spring Dinner. According to Kathy Alexander, Executive Director of Big Sisters Sarnia Lambton, over 200 girls benefit each year from “Sister Circle and Waiting Club. ”

“The agency organizes monthly group activities for our matched Big and Little Sisters and the Little Sisters on our waiting list to attend. Sister Circle provides an opportunity for matches to feel connected to the Big Sister community. Various activities include arts and crafts, sports, tours and educational workshops. These events are available at no cost to those who attend. Proceeds from this event will help to ensure continued excellent programs in the community of Lambton County,” she added.
